Important Safety Instructions

  • Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Do not modify the plug provided with the equipment.
  • If it does not fit the outlet,get a proper outlet.
  • To reduce the risk of electric shock,always unplug the unit from its power source before cleaning or performing any maintenance tasks.
  • BSA Treadmills must be connected to a dedicated,grounded circuit.A 15 amps dedicated circuit is recommended.Make sure that the treadmill is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug.No adapter or converter should be used with this product.
  • Keep power cord away from heated surfaces.Do not operate the equipment where aerosol(spray)products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
  • Do not use equipments outdoors.
  • The safety switch with security clip must be attached at waist level prior to beginning a workout.
  • Use care when getting on or off the equipment.Use stationary handrail whenever possible.

Maintenance-Treadmill (Belt Lubrication)


RECOMMENDED LUBRICANT:

  • Silicon Oil(Di-methyl Siloxane). Viscosity - 350
    (Silicon spray not recommended due to low viscosity)

FREQUENCY OF USE:

  • 90 hrs. of usage or 3 months whichever is earlier

QUANTITY TO BE APPLIED:

  • 20 to 30 drops under the belt from either sides

ADVANTAGES:

  • Reduces friction between Bed & Running Belt
  • Enhance Running belt & Bed life
  • Prevent motor from overloading
